Beach-front Location

The resort is located right on the pristine sands of El Medano Beach and has a magnificent panoramic view of "El Arco/Lands End".

The world-famous El Médano Beach (The Dune Beach) is the most popular and only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. Yes, it is safe to swim here year round. It is an ocean though (Sea of Cortez) so check with the beach attendant or watch for the red flag before going in. Rarely do the waves get big enough for the red flags to go up. It's the perfect place to relax. Food and beverage service is provided on the beach.

Restaurants

The ocean front restaurant at Villa del Arco is El Patron, featuring Mexican cuisine, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At Neptune (another ocean front location) you can enjoy exquisite fresh local seafood  prepared with classic French technique and casual Cabo flair. This new venue situated right on the water above Medano Beach.

The pirate-themed bar is The Buccaneer, a pirate ship anchored in one of the swimming pool areas. Its menu includes cocktails, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, tacos and ice cream.

The poolside taco bar (by day) and restaurant Americana (by night) is a casual and enjoyable alternative with poolside seating.

And room service always is available to serve guests.

       

The Desert Spa

The Desert Spa at Villa del Arco has many treatments and specialties available in the 3-level health Spa. (It contains 31,000 square feet of spa and fitness center.) A complete hydrotherapy center includes a giant Jacuzzi, body temperature pool, cold plunge pool, steam room, cold pressure showers, swiss showers and sauna. There are private jacuzzi's and treatment areas, and a full-service beauty salon.

This expansive Spa is designed to give guests health, beauty, decompression and rejuvenation.

The hours of operation for the Spa are 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday, and 8 am to 8 pm on Sunday.

The Fitness Center is open from 7 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday, and 7 am to 8 pm on Sunday.

Villa del Arco guest activities

Resort guests are offered endless hours of action and water-sports such as horseback riding on the beach, wave-runners, parasailing, boat rides, boogie boards, kayaks, boat tours & more. Go on an ATV ride and tour the nearby sites.

Villa del Arco has two large swimming pool areas surrounded by sun decks with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Relax near the cascading waterfalls, taking in the view of El Arco (Land's End) and the beautiful bay. The main pool area has a full-size replica of a Spanish galleon anchored in it, where you can find The Buccaneer bar. Children enjoy playing in the fountains in the children's pool area.
