Agreement
Please take a moment of your time to read these terms and conditions, created to ensure a wonderful vacation.
By accessing and making reservations on this site, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Individual resorts may have specific terms presented during the booking process that you must agree to as part of your reservation.
Payment
Full payment is required at time of booking/reservation request. Your credit card will be charged upon completing the reservation, and confirmation will be emailed once availability is verified.
If availability cannot be confirmed, credit cards will receive an immediate refund.
Due to our deeply discounted rates, confirmed reservations are non-refundable.
Please note that hotels may assess incidental charges at checkout, including but not limited to phone calls, room service, and WiFi usage.
Making Changes to Your Reservation
Modifications to your reservation may incur hotel fees up to the full cost of your stay.
- No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
- A $200 service fee applies to all changes.
- The company may modify reservations within 6 months based on availability if trip insurance wasn't purchased.
- Modification fees up to $500 are possible depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations or changes made after check-in are always subject to a 100% charge.
Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unexpected interruptions to your travel plans.
While we don't offer insurance directly, we partner with Rental Guardian to provide comprehensive coverage options:

Cancellations
Cancellation policies are specific to each resort property. The applicable terms will be presented to you during the booking process.
Important: Guests must not contact hotels directly to cancel reservations. Our special negotiated rates cannot be modified through the hotel, and we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized modifications made directly with the property.
Personal Identity
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please note the following requirements:
- Multiple room reservations require different names to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed.
- Guests must be 18 years or older at check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Photo ID is required at check-in.
- A valid credit card or cash deposit may be requested for incidentals.

If you experience any issues during your stay, please call us immediately so we can assist you.
Please be aware that bed types, suite location/view, and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability at the time of check-in, unless specifically guaranteed in your quote and reservation confirmation.
